Just bought a couch a few weeks ago, sadly didn’t measure it before buying it, was on sale so was unable to return it. Went back to the store and Eric was very helpful, went out his way, talked to the owner and helped me to have the option to exchange it, or have them to make a new couch with the right measurements. Picked the second option and thankful of Eric. Will definitely recommend them!
