Friendly knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions and provided great service. First day open to the public but you wouldn't know it by how well stocked and clean it was inside. Very happy to finally have a neighborhood butcher!

Can we say amazing! From the huge selection of smoked meats, wines, steaks, crab cakes, prepared meals to go, and of course the dessert options.. a visit here is a MUST! I know where we will be ordering our holiday meals from!!!! If they have the corn dip that day … grab 5 lol they are So good and fresh fresh!

Wonderful selection of meats, frozen foods, especially the frozen prepped meals, you take you bake, you sit, you eat and don’t forget to pop open that bottle of vine. We started with Berkshire pork chops, they threw in some of their own seasoning for us to try. We seared them, turn down the grill, and they were cooked perfectly. Jennifer greeted us at the door, Franco the owner showed us around and introduced us to Chris the chef.

Absolutely impressive!! Super clean shop with a great staff and amazing selection of meats/ cheeses/ favorite reds! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me decide on the perfect cut of tenderloin. Appreciated the honest recommendation that I didn't need to spend more on a higher priced cut. My smoked tenderloin was absolute perfection!!
This will be my go-to spot for grilling and smoking items, for sure!
