We had broken water supply line from the street to the house. Leak was under our driveway.Great experience from contacting customer service to the project completion . Very impressed with the rapid response. Despite being Friday afternoon I was given appointment within a coupe of hours and when Jay Akers arrived he quickly assessed the problem and developed a game plan and made several phone calls and lined up the resources to run a new water supply line early the next day. The project was complete by late morning. Jay and his team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I contacted Mr. Rooter in Marietta through their website to have my leaking pressure regulator replaced. They called me promptly and scheduled the service for the next day. Next day came and the plumber called before arriving, arrived on time, and replaced the regulator quickly. The installation was done right. Now I have a nice new regulator with a pressure gauge on it, installed with copper pipe, just like it should be. I wish everything was this easy.

I have been wanting to finish the basement bathroom for 3 years now shopping and weighing out my options. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose Mr. Rooter to do the job. I found their number in the Gwinnett services book and am so happy I made the appointment. Rick was my Plumber and he did a fantastic job not only in the hours of work he put in installing the sump pump and piping for it but also in the detailed pictures and explanations. Jeremy Hathaway and his coworker Shane were beyond incredible. I hired a handy man on thumbtack, but his work had to be corrected due to not be done properly. The guys from Mr. Rooter, explained to me what the best solution was and they were able to fix it in the same day. I have never worked with someone so professional and courteous as Jeremy and Shane. They both knew what they were doing and even cleaned up the bathroom after the job was complete. I am going to refer all of my neighbors to them directly and would rehire them in a heart beat. The best call that I have made in a long time!
