Mad Hatter replaced our 40 year old existing fireplace. Juan Carlos and his team Oscar, Mario & Wallace did an excellent job. They were on time, were very professional and did a great job of keeping the area clean while working. It was initially scheduled to take 2 days for the job but Juan Carlos and his team completed the project in 1 day. The job site was completely clean when they left and the new installation looks great. The staff at the showroom was also very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting in selecting which fireplace replacement would be best suited for our needs. We would definitely use Mad Hatter again in the future should a need arise. We would certainly recommend Mad Hatter if you are looking to have work done relating to a fireplace.

The team at Mad Hatter is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I have been shopping with them for over a decade, mainly related to my outdoor cooking needs (FireMagic Grill and two BGEs). I recently did a major home renovation and addition, and hired Mad Hatter to construct my new outdoor kitchen (see pics), including the purchase of a new grill, new BGE and one power burner. We have used Mad Hatter twice for chimney inspection, fireplace repair and gas log installation, we keep coming back because of the great service. This last time, Luke and Jack arrived right on time, worked like a well-oiled machine together and delivered exceptional service! They even had the logs I wanted on their truck and were able to install the new gas logs in the same visit. My experience with The Mad Hatter Company was very positive from my initial visit to the store through the complete installation. The sales personnel were very courteous and patient and answered all my questions and also explained the operation of gas logs and informed me of the pros and cons of different options suitable for my Condo.
The installation crew did an excellent job protecting my furnishings from any dust created by the job. They arrived on time and as the installation progressed promptly removed all debris and packing materials. When the job was completed they left my condo dust free and in the original order.
