I needed a dress dry cleaned for a friend's wedding and have heard horror stories of clothing becoming ruined at dry cleaners! I asked for recommendations for a local dry cleaners within a Wheaton facebook group. Paoletti's was the most recommended by far.
As a new customer, they automatically added a 20% discount to my order! They're a little costly, but hey, supporting a local business and receiving quality service makes the cost worth it. Customer service was great! My dress was dry cleaned perfectly, no stains/spots, and I am so excited to wear it to my friend's wedding. I will be visiting Paoletti's again for my future dry cleaning needs.

I needed several fur coats repaired and cleaned.
I met with Sue in alterations and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very detailed. One long coat needed to be shortened and Sue did an excellent job. The turnaround was faster than expected and the price was very reasonable for hand work.

Won't take my cleaning anywhere else and I have tried MANY locations around Wheaton. Prices are 'ok' and quality of service is outstanding. I bring in full suitcases of shirts and they are perfectly laundered and ironed. This is a family business and they 'care' - a rarity.
