We are new customers of Elite. Purchased new HVAC. System installation was seamless..the crew was timely, professional and kept everything clean. We had a TRANE for past 20 years and we're with the same service agency for that period. It was a leap of faith to make a change but Elite sales person and owner provided more care and communication than any other HVAC company that provided us a quote. We did take the new humidifier and April Air upgrades. We have pets do the hair and dust in the air can be trying at times! Look forward to continued excellent service.
