While my elderly mom was in the hospital, her 2.5 year old AC went out this summer. We were frantic trying to get it repaired so she wouldn't come home to a hot home. Champion came out and discovered the problem during a service call. After attempting to get the installation company the builder used to install her system to do the repair work that was under warranty, they said they wouldn't help me--they no longer did service work and sent me on my way with no help and no empathy for the situation we were in. I called Champion again and everyone went above and beyond to get a new condensing unit warrantied by Lennox. They cared about my mom and worked so hard to get the part quickly and it installed the day she was discharged from the hospital. Patrick was wonderful-- he kept in touch with me daily, even over the weekend, to let me know when the part would be received and when they were going to be out to install. He talked with Lennox, took photos and videos of the old unit so they would be able to see why we needed a new unit as opposed to a third compressor. Originally, we thought the work and installation would be on a Tuesday, but Champion called me a day early and came out Monday to install the new unit. Patrick and Ashley called me after installation to check on how things were cooling and if everything was working well. Ashley was very sweet and kind every time I spoke with her throughout the process. Trish was also very helpful through this process keeping in touch and up to date on how things were progressing! Special thanks to Zach also, who was outside in the heat for many hours one day! I wish I caught the names of the two gentleman who were there on the final day of installation, but they were efficient, professional, and very kind also! We will definitely use Champion in the future and highly recommend them for their compassion, professionalism, promptness, integrity, fair prices and more. Thank you!

Great company to work with! My heat pump started showing corrosion and was loud. After researching products the Lennox brand hands down was one of the best. Now the unit is installed it’s very quiet and heats efficiently. Thank you for doing a quality job on my home.

Patrick did an excellent job performing preventative maintenance on our two A/C systems. He was able to arrive sooner than our schedule time window, he called ahead of time to confirm that would be okay. He was deeply knowledgeable, performed the routine service if a timely fashion, and provided a complete summary of our unit’s performance. He shared information about upgrades we could perform to our systems but was not pushy and allowed us to decline the upgrade with no questions asked. It is comforting to know we have a professional A/C tech like Patrick to take care of our A/C system and keep us comfortable year-round.

Champion Air is the best! I highly recommend them. They replaced my old outside A\C unit and the heater up in the attic over the garage. The technicians were very professional and friendly. And CLEAN! When they were done working in the attic, they swept out my entire garage! I certainly didn’t expect that but I really appreciated it. They did a great job and I am at ease knowing I have a new A\C unit. I am ready for the 115 degree days!!!
