I've been training with Carlos at Everybit fit for a few months now. I was looking for a place where I could continue to work on my fitness that was also safe during what are unusual times.
They have implemented sensible policies to help keep customers and staff safe including masks, sanitization, and distancing. Working in a small facility like this when I'm the only one on the floor is me of the few ways I feel I can work out safely right now.
Carlos's knowledge is excellent and he always comes prepared, is attentive to what my body is going through, and does his best to assist me in my goals. My experience so far has been nothing but pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

Carlos was just the trainer I needed to jump start my fitness routine. He is great at making sure my form and mechanics are right before just jumping in. He's taken the time to work with me while I recover from an injury, making sure I'm getting stronger along the way.
