Great customer service from start to end! We were their for a consultation appointment for braces and I was most impressed by the honesty of the doctor who told us my daughter was not ready for braces yet and we need to wait another year or so. The doctor is great, and the nurses explain things well. I appreciated the smaller palette expander and putting the braces on one level at a time instead of slamming the mouth with all the discomfort all at once. This is the third orthodontist my family has used, and we like Macdonald far better than the other two we used previously.
