Had an urgent repair to replace the condo unit main valve (Doesn't shut off completely) so I can replace the leaking sink valve inside the property. Jose from Mr Rooter stopped by and managed to shut the main valve off without replacing the valve. It turned out that the handle was the issue. I then hired him to replace two sink valves that require special tools. He replaced it with no problem at all. It looks great. Excellent job at competitive price.

Fantastic service!! The awesome staff (Megan was who we dealt with) was very communicative over the phone and e-mail when setting up a time that worked for everyone. We then had Nick come out and he tackled both of our complex sink problems very quickly. Nick was very friendly and professional all at the same time.
