Very first distillery to open in Fort Collins. We use non-traditional, organic grains to bring out vastly different flavor profiles for a very unique taste experience that will enhance and accentuate your palate. Our products have won 25 medals since 2013.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US
I was really surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly our distiller was. She explained an incredible amount about the creation of whiskey. I learned a ton about how to find whiskeys I like, how to find the different smells and tastes, and about how those different tastes are made. I bought a few small bottles and savored them over the next couple months. If you are a fan of the hard stuff, check this place out.

Definitely recommend this place! Good drinks, unique spirits, and a fun atmosphere. I went there for the first time last night and had a great time. The bartender was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend trying a flight of their distilled hop spirit.

Small locally owned and run distillery. Great, informative tour and tasting experience with a flight of their products. One of THE best traditional old fashions we have had. We purchased their Hops Schnapps and Gravedigger Apple Whiskey to enjoy at home after choosing them as part of our flights. Nice to see the locals making their mark! We enjoyed visiting with Jamie and Joan while we were there. We are definitely putting their tasting room and distillery on our list of local establishments to frequent! Keep up the good work!

Joan (one of the owners) was an amazing tour guide. She was fun to learn from and knew pretty much everything there is to know about spirits. Their spirits were great and authentic. Definitely a hidden gem in Fort Collins
