At WaBa Grill, our goal is to serve the best possible grilled menu items with a fusion of different flavors and quality ingredients. Unlike most places, we use real fruits and vegetables to enhance the flavor of our amazing "WaBa Sauce.” Though it’s more work for us, we serve boneless, skinless, never-frozen, fat-trimmed chicken…because it creates a better meal for you. Rather than serve run-of-the-mill beef, we elect to marinate ribeye steak because it tastes better. We choose to serve jumbo shrimp and our salmon is always Wild Alaskan and certified responsible and sustainable….because those choices are important. Our Arcadian-blend salads are prepared shortly before serving. Our fresh veggies are lightly steamed to a crisp perfection. Though it’s a harder process, we charbroil all of our meats.
