My management company recommended that the unit owners use VICTORIAN CHIMNEY SERVICE, INC to provide inspection and cleaning for both chimney and dryer vents in our respective condos. The technicians,Fernando, Jonathan and Cirilo did an expert and quick job doing both jobs, cleaning up after themselves as efficiently as they worked. Jonathan pointed out a serious and dangerous fault with the dryer vent that previous companies had apparently missed, neglected or not been aware of. He recommended placing an 'elbow' from the dryer hose into the wall vent as none was there.
As scheduled by the office, the three technicians returned at the agreed time with all the necessary tools to complete a wonderful job. They were friendly and courteous as always. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
