What a great organization to work with. Recently, I decided to move forward, after procrastinating for many years, to get a new full HVAC system in my home. I sought bids from several local HVAC entities for a full install. I almost knew immediately that Indoor Air Technologies was going to be my choice. Their Salesman, Scott was informative, responsive and clearly not typical of others that I approached. He hand held me through the process and explained the alternatives that were available to me. Once I committed to Indoor Air, I spoke Mary Lou in the office and she immediately scheduled an install date that met my needs. She was friendly, supportive and accommodating. On the date of the install, Scott arrived with two of the installers Jeff and Larry. These two individually were simply amazing. They installed without one concern and were unbelievably patient with me as I asked many, many questions about my new system.
I very rarely highly recommend a contractor because frankly I'm not always pleased with the process nor the outcome. I am proud to recommend Indoor Air because of their people. They made sure that my expectations were met and even surpassed. Not sure this has ever happened with any other contractor.

This is a great company. It's family run and they do things old school--incredibly skilled technicians who catch things that might not have been on the proposal and fix it and owners who want to make sure you are 100% with the job and don't charge extra if they missed something in their calculations. The best part is how quickly! they respond and, if necessary, make adjustments. Somewhere in the install of my HVAC our existing water heater valve got bumped. They were out immediately to check, gave me some steps to watch, and fixed it.
One thing...make sure you think about how you want things to look with duct work and communicate that. These guys are installers, so in an unfinished basement, they tend to run ducts around things than have you empty a shelf. I know they fixed an incorrect installation by the home builder, but I would've suggested a different path had I know the ducts would be over my head in front of the dryer.
