Beach Town Books is a charming community bookstore in the heart of downtown San Clemente, "Where every book has been loved before...by someone." The Langstons took ownership of the store in 2016 and are happy to offer an amazing selection of new and used books in most every genre, over 70,000 titles! Come have a cup of coffee while you wander the aisles to find a book that will inspire, enlighten and intrigue you. Enjoy our peaceful atmosphere and our comfortable seating in Orange Counties' favorite bookstore.

This is the cutest and best run used book store I’ve ever been to. The selection in here is INCREDIBLE and the staff are impressively knowledgeable about what they have in stock. They go through the time of helping you find a book similar to what you were looking for if they don’t have what you wanted in stock. Bought two books for $16! Very affordable. If you’re a new customer you get your fourth book free! :))
