Service writer Maria greeted me with a friendly welcome, noted and any issues that I had experienced my last service, let me know when to expect my truck to be ready, and arranged a courtesy shuttle to take me home. The mechanic did an excellent job too, even though it was just a scheduled maintenance on a Saturday afternoon, they did a complete brake job, pads AND rotors. My Tundra drives just like it did the day I drove it off the lot.
