I’ve lived in Glen Ellyn since the 80s and this place was and still is the best pizza joint in the area. They have the best thin crust, delicious pasta and hardworking & friendly servers. They do an amazing job making the place family friendly with a kids play room and cute lil “goodie bags” for kids

This place is like a warm hug. I've been enjoying Barones pizza since I was 4 years old. The perfect blend of food and nostalgia for me. In all honesty though Barones has hands down the best Chicago tavern style pizza in the WORLD! When ever I have visitors from out of town and they think they want deep dish, I take them here is have real Chicago style pizza.

Fantastic pizza and pasta. Old school decor hasn’t changed in 30+ years. Decent prices for great tasting pizza. Chicago thin like a cracker. Friendly and attentive staff. Great place for the family to get together.

First time eating this pizza. Ordered the stuffed, and it was monumental. Would put in the top five we have ever eaten. Everyone was fully masked and they are not doing eat-in. Kudos. Perfect. Next time through Chicago we will return. Thanks for your Covid prevention. Thanks for amazing pizza!!!
