Scott Thorson was the sales representative I dealt with. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Olson Windows worked around my work schedule and was able to schedule my install on a Saturday! The installation crew was friendly and also answered all my questions. The did a great job protecting my carpets and cleaning up afterwards.
I have not had the windows very long but I'm confident if I ever had any issues Olson windows would be there for me. The Windows look Great!
