Jake T. and Alex were the technicians performing the work today. Jake explained everything in detail; they were efficient, friendly, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Showed us the before and after pictures (WOW!) They also removed the blower motor and cleaned that as well. We've had our ducts cleaned many years ago by another firm, but they weren't as thorough as Perfect Home Services was. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I can highly recommend this company and the way the furnace and air conditioning were installed. The installers were very good. As they worked and when they finished any questions we had were answered by them. They were careful in our home and cleaned up when done. After being let down by the first company who failed to follow-up with us after being faced with the difficult choice of repair vs. replace with our air conditioner during the hottest week yet of the year, I called Perfect Home Services. They sent the technician immediately and wow, what a rock-star experience. He performed the most thorough inspection and detailed analysis of the system I've yet to experience and made our decision-making all that much easier. It was also 1/3 of the price that the prior company.

Fred Price was my service repair person. It's a pleasure to finally give a 5 star review. Fred was knowledgeable, professional and he repaired my boiler not only quickly, but affordably. I received same day service which was great because it's for one of my rental properties. He explained the problem and affordable solutions. Fantastic service. I am so happy with Perfect Home Services. We called them to get a second opinion on the advice to get our furnace replaced from another company. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was incredibly thorough and explained/showed me everything that was going on with our furnace. They were able to tell me the advice from the first company to replace the furnace was incorrect and they saw no need for replacement. I will definitely be using them in the future!
