The Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology is dedicated to providing a well-rounded foundation for students who are committed to learning the art and science of Cosmetology and its related areas of study. I came today for my first experience! They were very courteous from walking into the door until leaving! Ms Shannon & Caitlin were absolutely amazing answering all of my questions and concerns!
