Great place - they have a notary here which I've seemed to need a lot lately - he leaves normally by 5pm so I would call if you need that service. I've also emailed documents there to be printed - just call - the employees are very nice.

I occasionally have to print something but live in a small footprint and no longer have a home office. Hence using a store for service. Last Saturday I went to this UPS store is close to home so I stopped in there. I was really struggling with the document so a young man, Kyle, working there offered to help. He was patient, had a good sense of humor, and really helped. I'll definitely go back for any UPS needs. Great experience.

I have been to quite a few UPS Stores over the years, and this location is by far the best run UPS Store I have frequented. There are often three or four people working, so lines are seldom experienced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. I believe older reviews are from experiences under previous ownership, and I remember those days. However, since it has changed hands--I can't recall exactly when that was--I can only sing this store's praises. There are other UPS Stores closer, at times, but I always go out of my way to give this particular business my business.

I couldn't wait to get home to write my review. Kyle is AWESOME. I was mailing a box full of Stax potato chips to my friend for her autistic daughter who will only eat salt and vinegar which they can't find in Kenosha. He made sure that the box was package with plenty of bubble wrap. He also labeled it fragile to try to give it extra care. Thank you Kyle for giving me great customer service. Your mom raised a great young man.
