About Chef J Chinese Bistro
Our Chef J D has been served Chinese food with the freshest ingredients & made to order! Seafood, Beef, Chicken, Pork, & Vegetarian! "J's" Chinese Cuisine is truly a Scottsdale institution! Dim sum can be cooked by steaming and frying, among other methods. The serving sizes are usually small and normally served as three or four pieces in one dish. It is customary to order family style, sharing dishes among all members of the dining party. Because of the small portions, people can try a wide variety of food.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US
I travel for a living so I've been to over 200 different Asian restaurants across the United States. Two of my favorite dishes are general tso and walnut chicken. I could say 80% of the time other restaurants are off. This is absolutely the best Asian food I have had in years!!!??????????????????

Me and my daughter came here for lunch and it was just absolutely amazing! From the pork buns and dumplings to our lunch special. Very generous portions, very fresh and very very very good! Our waitress was so nice and very helpful.

We went to dinner at this place. Wow. Incredible food and super delicious. If you're local then you already know about this place. It was freshly made. Definitely make sure you have the Barbecue Bulgogi. The other dish is Thai Sweet Chili Garlic Chicken.
