WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US
I usually stick to local bagel shops but was in a hurry and stopped by Einstein. This time I was impressed with this place. The everything bagel with shmear (cream cheese) was delightful. The bagel had a crispy edge like it should and soft inside. It was seasoned just right. You could tell it was freshly cooked. I also shared the all nighter breakfast sandwich. It came on a hash brown and crispy cheese bagel which was also soft with a crispy edge. There were two eggs, bacon, jalapeño aioli sauce I believe and cheese. It was like heaven in my mouth and the tastebuds danced like the Santa Ana's.

Loving this bagel and lox right now, the way they slice the onion and tomatoes on there really brings me back to my childhood in the shtetl. Any Jewish folk hanging around mission Viejo, stop by at the Einstein bros shtetl!

I absolutely adore this place!! I've always been a bagel gal and Einstein Bagel Bros takes it to the next level. I've tried plain, chocolate chip, and a few of their sandwiches - and they're a great every time!! And a chocolate cold brew shake? Don't even get me started. I've gotten it each time I've come and it's amazing. The staff here are absolutely lovey!! I was asked about my piercings and it was just fun and sweet all around. Even during a rush they try their best to still be kind and not make you feel too hurried. I had a woman get overly excited for me using my coupons in the app ( which you must get if you shop here ) and it was adorable! Overall - an amazing spot for breakfast!! Don't be worried if there's a big line - they're super fast! During the week a little after 8 am is a good time as the school rush seems to be over!
