About Josephs Pizza Cucina
In 1989, with a desire to create the best tasting pizza and a recipe that would prove it, my father opened a pizzeria that brought a flavor people raved about for 30 years. There was nothing else quite like it! Now, equipped with the same recipes and passion, I’m continuing the tradition to bring the best tasting Italian cuisine to the western suburbs of Chicago. With over 15 years of experience cooking next to my father, I’m excited to present these flavors to you and all our guests.
