I use to come to spokes as a kid and it was better than any candy store. Now, as an adult and being able to actually afford it, it's even better! I came in to have the wheels trued on my current bike and ended up with a new one! Everyone from service, sales and even the owner was wonderful to work with. This is one of the few true family establishments left. If your even considering a new bike, stop in... It's far better than scrolling through websites.

Went this morning to surprise my husband with a new bike for his birthday. I had narrowed it down to a hybrid style being perfect for him. Beau was able to help us narrow it down. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, let us test ride several bikes, and was patient and let us take our time picking the right bike. He was not pushy about accessories at all, even encouraging my husband to ride the bike for a little bit to really determine what bags/racks etc. will suit him best. Comfortable experience and awesome salesperson.
