Private training is available in our Boot Camp room. Our expert trainers will coach you, guide you, and motivate you to reach your fitness and weight-loss goals, giving you the confidence to be the very best you can be. Small-group training is also available with our MedF.I.T. (Functional Interval Training) program, which uses the newest, most state-of-the-art training techniques.Our Group Exercise studio hosts 50 free classes weekly by certified instructors, with popular classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, senior classes, and Spinning. Our Spinning room has 25 bikes, with many classes offered each day.Our 25-yard heated indoor swimming pool offers lap swimming and an award-winning swim lesson program. We also offer some of the area’s best water exercise classes, giving you an amazing workout without placing stress on your joints. To relax, experience our large hot tub or try the dry sauna, located in our newly renovated locker rooms.The racquetball courts are open for members to use on an hourly basis, or you can join our member-sponsored league to meet new friends and have fun, all while getting fit.
