The nice guy behind the counter, who was not the owner I've dealt with before (always pleasant as well), fixed it in minutes and wouldn't accept payment. I bring all of my watches here for any repairs, removal of links, new batteries etc. I always stop in on my lunch break and they have always been able to remove links, etc in 10 minutes and prices are very low. I would definitely recommend bringing any clocks or watches here.
