I went in recently and worked with Mike. I just needed an oil change but I knew there were some other issues with the car and my brakes.
My oil change took no time at all and when I returned, Mike told me my brakes were fine but there were some other reason I saw, heard, and felt issues. He walked me out and showed me what was wrong, explained what causes it, why it needs to be fixed, and with what level of urgency.
I received what I feel was a fair estimate and I have no doubt I will return. Mike was kind and patient, and the manager Anil has checked in repeatedly to make sure I had a great experience.

Once again, was time for an oil change and of course, I only go to my favorite auto service facility, Midas in Addison. Today was an oil change and replace two filters. Mike did their numerous point system check. Mike explained what will need to be done but will survive this winter and wait until the Spring of 2024. I have all my service work, engine, brakes, tires, etc. for the past 15 plus years done at this Addison facility where service is excellent.

Came for the buy three, get three tire deal! Fast and quick service for a great deal! Would definitely recommend. They do a free inspection with every purchase/repair and they let me know my car needed a little extra work which was super nice and convenient. Everyone was very kind and honest.
