I love Desert Diamond Mechanical!!! I've used them for years and highly recommend them for your AC/ heating needs. Frisco, my tech, was informative, very personable, explained things in terms I understood, took the time to answer all my questions, was polite and professional, loved my doggies, cleaned my coils(previous tech Ryan didn't)and used his own hose(not mine). I can't say enough about him. He is a valuable asset to Desert Diamond. Please keep him at all costs!!!!

Quick and ontime. Took the time to explain what and why things should be replaced. Very informative. Great service. Would use again. Julio was great!! No pressure but he explained the benefits doing the repairs so we had them done. The unit was working but we just bought the park model and wanted to make sure the heat pump unit was doing OK.

This Company and Steve was recommended to us by a friend. Steve had his office contact me very quickly and scheduled an appointment. Ishmel was our tech and he was very professional and on time. He explained everything to us and even contacted the manufacturer of our AC unit to order the correct parts. It cost us a lot of money for the repairs plus labor but that's what was needed. I believe we received a fair estimate for what was needed and excellent service. I researched other companies and probably would have spent a lot more with them. I highly recommend Desert Diamond AC and will definitely use them again if needed.

Dakota was awesome. Got my mini split sealed up and full of r410a in about 2 hours. He went through and re-flared the lines, vacuumed tested and no leaks. He was professional, on time, (got here 30 mins after calling to make an appointment). I know it takes about 2 weeks for my system to leak all the Freon, so only time will tell. But all his tests showed it was not leaking at all. ???? I’m very pleased. Btw, this was not a normal type job. It was on my ice cream truck and the company didn’t bat an eye about working on a vehicle. Great job Desert Diamond.
