Store is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted warmed as soon as we walked in. One of our pups got a self service doggie bath, and the other was in need of a professional bath & groom. The self service groom area was immaculately clean and set up with everything you need.
Our groomer, Melodie, was amazing with our recently rescued dog. He was found as a stray with injuries suggesting he was hit by a car, and although fully healed, she was gentle and mindful about his injured leg. He also had recent dental extractions and we thought his mouth might be sensitive, but even still she was able to brush his teeth! She took extra special care of him and made him even more handsome. Since his coat had to be unfortunately shaved by the rescue due to severe matting, Melodie took us over to the grooming supplies and recommended some products that would help with his regrowth. So thankful for her going the extra mile. We definitely recommend this store!
