I've had only wonderful experiences at H&S. The front desk staff are lovely, greet me by name, and are happy to help. The facials are OMG delicious and I leave feeling like a million bucks. My husband and I both have a membership for the massages. He's on his feet all day and I'm in the caring-for-others business, so we can both use a little self-care. Our massage preferences and needs are different, and we've always been taken care of so well. The products used and upgrades available are top notch, the sheets and blankets are of good quality, and there are even little touches like flavored water or the table being adjusted so you end your service in a more upright position. I always feel better when I leave - cared for, more balanced spiritually, and my muscles/skin feel great (depending on the service). It's a jammin place as the area continues to grow, so book early to get the appointment at your time or provider of choice.

Just had my second massage in like 4 years. I wasn’t convinced if I liked it or not. I just had a massage with Yadira. She’s convinced me I like them. If I could award her more stars I would. The massage was great, just the kind of pressure I wanted but didn’t really know I wanted. But also her questions were thoughtful and she took time to get to know me and direct me towards the service I needed most since I’m not experienced enough with massage to know what I like. Front desk is also great. I want to say I spoke to Hannah most. I hope I got her name right. They got me a card letting me know when Yadira is available to be booked again. They got me a water and made sure I knew there was a quieter room to sit in if I wanted before treatment. There’s a nice emphasis on safety as well. I’ll be back!

I ended up here after trying to book an appt. at two other spas with no luck! They were super nice and welcoming and I am sold on the hot stone massage forever. I'll be signing up for monthly massages here!

Came here for my birthday, and had THE BEST massage from Chloe! She did an amazing job and was so friendly, and listened to what I wanted her to focus on! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!! If I lived in AZ I would become a member! Definitely will be back :)

This place is amazing! Extremely friendly and professional staff, and second to none outstanding customer service.
