After a little situation with one of our vehicles, our garage door would not come down. I had a "here hold my beer" moment and made the situation worse and even dangerous. Called A1 on an after hours call and within 30 minutes Robert U came out and resolved the situation in the most efficient and professional way possible. He made sure that our door was secure and working properly before he left. He also let me know what he recommended for our home in the future. I cannot thank Robert and A1 enough for their professionalism and expediency in fixing an issue where more than likely I would have ended up in the hospital for my temporary lapse in judgment.

I have had to call A1 twice since the installation of my garage door less than a year ago. Nothing major, but regardless of the issue, they had a tech at my house within 24 hours. Both techs were outstanding. Today, Andrew came out for an issue with my door refusing to close. Andrew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. He arrived well within the window they gave me. He listened to my explanation of the problem, explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me a quote before doing any work. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with the techs at A1. The customer service is outstanding.
