It was a pleasure working with Daniel and I fully recommend Pierce Water Solutions if you’re in the market for a water softener/filtration system. He was very informative and promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured in my interactions with him, he was very respectful of my time while I weighed other options, even giving me questions to ask other companies that I would’ve never thought of on my own.
When it comes to the actual install, at this time Pierce Water Solution subcontracts the plumbing work, and that is exactly how Daniel earned my business. The plumber that initially quoted the job wanted to install the system outdoors, the cost would’ve been exorbitant to install in the garage. I was strongly against installing outdoors, I let Daniel know that and that I would be seeking more quotes before I made a decision. He respected that and encouraged me to do so, but I didn’t know that in the meantime he was bidding the job out to other plumbers. He checked back in with me a couple days later and told me that he had found another licensed, bonded, insured plumber willing to do a garage install at a significantly lower price than the quote for outdoor install. I thought on it for a night against my other options and decided Pierce was the way to go, I accepted Daniel’s offer and had an install date eight days later.
On the day of install, Daniel and the plumbers arrived on time and ready to work. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were no fault of Daniel or the plumbers, the install did take a few hours longer than anyone had expected. But everything was clearly communicated to me and everyone stayed until the job was done, save for a supply run to Casa Grande due to a lack of availability of a certain fitting in Tucson when it was discovered that the main water line underground is an unusual size.
These guys worked through the rain, in the mud and the cold, but they got the job done and I’m 100% satisfied with the system
