Bay Area Tire was able to locate the OEM tires for my vehicles and matched the best prices I could find. They did a great job mounting and balancing my new tires-greatly improved ride. Plus they did a 4-wheel alignment using their $100,000 equipment. Lastly, I opted for the warranty plus option. Better coverage than my own auto insurance coverage. I recommend Bay Area Tire.

Several weeks ago, my daughter's car started losing oil. We took it in and Bay Area started troubleshooting the problem. They went through all the recommended protocol for the problem, but nothing worked. When I determined the problem hadn't been corrected, I contacted them and they told me to bring it back, twice! No hassles, no excuses, they never recommended a lot of expensive work that might fix the problem.
After they'd exhausted all the possible causes, they kept digging. They found old technical bulletins that described the problem and that my daughter's car had an old recall for the issue. Using that information, we can make a decision as to a further course of action.
