Highly recommend! I called in a panic after my dog walked through our fresh mulch and tracked black paw prints all over our light colored carpet. Ron, the owner, was wonderful and made it out within a few hours with technician Dylan. Both of them were very friendly and our carpet looks great! Dylan cleaned my rugs and he was very polite, explained the procedure, checked to make sure the rugs could be cleaned and then told me how to let the rugs dry.
